Discard once it touches the saliva. One thing to prevent wastage of milk, is to pour a lesser amount out to feed. It really sucks having to throw milk away, especially if you’re a just enough supply mum. I’m like this too😢
I actually do keep it for another hour, capping the bottle and keeping it in a cool place. So far baby’s fine
After pump Bm/ or make fm only can keep within an hour. After an hour must discard if cannot finish.
