How long BM last when in cooler bag

Hi mummies, im planning to pump when im back at work. Ill be storing the expressed breastmilk in cooler bag with ice packs. When im back home, if i were to put in chiller/fridge, how long will it last before its not consumable? #FTM

https://sg.theasianparent.com/breastmilk-storage-guidelines/ Hello, you can refer to this. Best to put inside office fridge instead of cooler bag with ice packs. The cooler bag and and ice packs are meant for short duration like when ur travelling home. Not whole day.
