High pitch sound

Hi mummies im in my third tri and im suddenly having some high pitch sound in my ears. Tried to research bout it. Its almost similar to tinnitus. Anyone here experience this. Its giving me a lil bit of a headache.

Same i also experienced it recently. But then again, ive experienced it multiple times pre pregnancy too so idt its something concerning unless if its everyday?

i had it bef prior to being pregnant but i think having it during pregnancy is such a bothersome cause making me having headaches. im just hoping it'll go off soon
