Hi mummies, Im a first time mum. And im in my early first trimester. About 6 weeks in. And i took my folid acid pill as usual in the morning. But then i vomitted it all out. So was wondering if its okay to skip it just for 1 day or will it affect anything or the baby? Please advise.
