I have prediabetes. My endocrine do a monthly to 6 wks apptment with me. Each time she will check my hba1c and I monitor my glucose daily 6 times since i knew of my pregnancy. However my readings were pretty ok so she told mi i could skip some readings if i kip eating same stuff.

Do you have trouble sustaining fullness because of the diet you take? I try to control my diet but its hard as i keep getting hungry. Its kinda stressful. Whats the best things to eat?
