Hi! Congrats on your second, how exciting that you're delivering here in Singapore! All three are solid choices, so it really comes down to what matters most to you. KKH is the biggest maternity hospital here, so the facilities are comprehensive, though some mums I know found the antenatal appointments quite quick (like 5-10 mins per session). NUH seems to have really good reviews on the service side, the nurses get lovely feedback, and the costs tend to be a bit lower than KKH, which is worth considering. A neighbour actually delivered at NUH and had a really smooth experience with the doctor there (Dr Serene Thain), especially with the stitching after delivery. SGH is also perfectly fine, but NUH and KKH seem to be what most mums around here talk about more. Since you're going for your first appointment at KKH on Saturday, that's a good chance to get a feel for the place and ask them directly about their current capacity and wait times, that can actually make a difference with your experience. Regarding Dr KT Tan, I haven't heard specific feedback, but don't hesitate to ask about switching if you feel more comfortable with someone else once you've met the team. You'll know pretty quickly what feels right for you!

Congratulations…I delivered my daughter in KKH in 2022 via emergency c section. Am also a foreigner on DP. My daughter was born premature at 32 weeks & was in special care unit for a week. I was there for 5 days. Overall experience was good. Nurses, staff and doctors all were very kind & helpful.

Mine was around 20,000 SGD. It was high bcz of emergency c sect, private room for 6 days and baby in special care unit for a week.
