hello mummies ! i’m currently 7 weeks + in my pregnancy and i’m experiencing some pinkish brown spotting with light cramps and backaches. is this normal ? i haven’t went to my first check up yet; going very soon.. i’m scared that it’s an ectopic pregnancy. #advicepls
