Me too! I cant even look or smell beef/lamb 😂 used to be a fan of beef/lamb before pregnancy
I also feel this way. like sth stuck there, throat abit hot. then have to vomit out to feel better.
This happened to me during my 1st trimester too. Think should be normal.
