Breast pain

Hi mummies. Im 32 weeks final trimester. I having breast pain on my left side. I still do breastfeeding my son 2yrs but the pain is so extremely pain I don't know how to describe it. Its kinda sore, itchy, especially on nips very sensitive. Any tips mummies what should I do? 😭
