food intake (31 weeks 6 days)

hi mummies!! im 31 weeks & 6 days today, and recently ive been craving alot of those spicy sour vermicilli noodles, but quite scared to eat cause not sure if safe for baby or myself. any advice on this? i maybe more scared than normal because i didnt really pay attention in my prev pregnancy cause no idea was pregnant, but now more mindful, so quite scared! #advicepls any advice is appreciated!!!

if you eat once or twice a month it’s ok, just not every other day
