Hi mummies. if I want to heat up my milk in advance in the middle of the night, how long can I leave the milk bottle in the warmer? Does the 1 - 2 hours start from the moment I put the bottle in the warmer, or after I have taken it out from the warmer? confused mum here!
For bm, after you pump you can leave it outside at room temperature for up to 4 hours. AC room probably 5-6 hours depending on temperature.
If from the fridge, I’ll start counting from the moment I put the bottle in. (2hours)
