A few of us were just talking about this the other day, Mothercare and Kiddy Palace usually carry toddler rain boots in store, so worth popping by to check their ready stock rather than waiting for shipping from China. One of my mum friends picked up a pair sized from around 6 months to 6 years old, came in really cute colours, and her toddler has been wearing them through all the wet weather recently. Do check the sole quality though, because a few of us have noticed cheaper pairs where the glue on the soles can give way pretty fast in our heat and humidity, so it's better to feel the construction in person before buying. If you can, go for something with a thicker, well-bonded sole, honestly worth the extra few dollars for a 2-year-old who is going to be stomping through puddles!
