Night feeds

Hi mummies! I am trying to feed my baby bm as frequent as I can, however for night feedings, say I need to use the bm in the fridge as I am pumping at a later timing, however it takes time to warm up the bm as well which is impossible for a crying baby to wait, so in the end prepare formula (which is faster). How do u feed your baby bm during the night?
