Bleeding/Discharge at early pregnancy?

Hi mummies, i just started having this discharge just now. I am in my 2-3 weeks early pregnancy and this happened just now. It is not red, it is not grey, it is like pinkish/light brown. I still feel normal though. Does anyone know what is this?
