Recommendation for baby monitor

Hello mummies! I am researching for a baby monitor, ideally that comes with a LED screen & in-phone app. I was actually looking at the Kodak one but unds they have phased out the app. So thinking if any of you got any recommendations of baby monitor cam that comes with both led screen & app? Budget wise ideally below SGD200? Thank you! (:

The VAVA is another solid one for video and sound clarity, though it may stretch your budget slightly depending on where you get it. The eufy E20 is also getting good buzz lately, the app lets remote caregivers like dad check in easily, which is a nice bonus on top of the physical screen.
