Stage 1 and 2 Dulac

Hi Mummies, i am in dilemma on changing my 6mo baby's formula from stage 1 to stage 2. Some people say that stage 2 have less nutrients but i tried to google and it says stage 2 has extra nutrients in it. Should i change my baby's milk or should just stay stage 1 up til she's 12mo?
