Pubic Pressure and Cramps at 28 weeks

Hi mummies, i having mild pubic pressure and cramps at 28 weeks pregnant.. is that normal or should i take this seriously?

Any uneasy feeling should be checked with the doctor coz it may be a sign of premature labour
