Prolonged postpartum Bleeding

Hi Mummies, I had my 2nd csection on 9th July and i decided to take birth control implant. Its my 9th week and I'm still bleeding and passing 10 cents size clots. Have anyone similar encounter ? Would be nice if you can share your experience.
