Delivery via c-section

Hello mummies, I delivered via c-section recently and my tailbone started hurting, especially from prolonged sitting. Is this normal? Also, how long should I wait before: - going for postpartum massage; - exercising like light jogging; and - having sex? Thank you!

yes it’s normal, it’s from poor posture from caregiving. for c section, exercise and sex, likely 8 weeks pp or once cleared by gynae.
