Feeling lonely at night postpartum

Hello mummies! I delivered my baby 1.5 weeks ago. Because of my low milk supply, i decided to latch baby on demand to boost my supply and to pump, including night time. I can’t help but feel like i am all alone in this world at night when i am trying to settle baby to go back to sleep. I feel helpless and lonely, like i am fighting this low supply war all by myself. Anyone feeling this way too?

I totally feel you mama. This is totally me during my first postpartum in 2022. The endless pumping to chase supply is just so tiring and this just makes us feeling lonely at night. I took a full 2months to finally have enough supply. I started crying at 1m postpartum because of just how tough and defeating it feels, as my husband wasnt the kind that gives emcouraging words too. It will be all worth it mama, hang in there. I'd suggest to fully pump if your bb is not efficient at latching so you can make sure you are at least pumping efficiently and baby definitely gets to eat. You can then latch again fully after your milk is established.
