nipple itch and dark/red spot around areola

Hi mummies, i am currently breastfeeding my 1 month old, but i have itchy nipples after and also i saw a dark red spot on my areola after.. not sure if its normal

Itchiness and darkness can be happened on the nipple due to the hormone change. But I am not sure about red spot
