It’s true that traces of food you eat may enter the breastmilk, and allergies can result. But if taken in small quantities, your LO can also overcome these allergies. Perhaps start with 1 seafood eg fish.. check if there’s any allergic reaction, and if there’s none, introduce a second type?:)
Hi, I feasted on shellfish once when I was breastfeeding and my LO ended up with rashes. They went away after I stopped eating shellfish. Fish is safe, you can try shellfish in moderation first to test if there’s any reaction from your LO. Don’t feast like what I did! 😝
