Don’t want to be induced. Help:(

Hi mummies, I am 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant and seems like she is too comfortable inside. My gyane told me that if there is still no signs of labour by week 40 day 1, I will be induced. I don’t want to be induced as I heard it will be more painful. Are there any ways to make her come out before being induced?

It varies and also if baby is doing fine, size and water all good, can request for baby to come naturally till week 41. You can try walking more, squats and having sex to see if it helps. I was induced and I have to say apart from the contractions before I requested for laughing gas, the rest was pretty much painless as I was high on gas and epidural. (I’m someone who has very low threshold of pain btw)😅
