BREAST PUMP

At work, I pumped twice. After the first pump, I store my flanges & bottles back into a zip lock bag, and kept it in the fridge for the second pump. Saves the hassle of cleaning & sterilising after each pump. Will do so after getting home from work.. :)

i used to pump 3 times at work. stored the pump parts in a ziplock bag or wet bag and keep in the fridge right away. only wash anf sterilize at home

i only pump once at work, so after pump just rinse with water and put in ziplock bag, then wash when at home
