I got this too since week 28. Carpal tunnel syndrome. Fingers are stiff when you bend it and more apparent at night and after waking up. My gynae gave my vitamin b6 but it didn’t help. So i just endure. Googled this and it’s one of the symptoms we get during last trimester
it’s normal and very common, tendonitis. do rest your wrist more and avoid bending it more than 45deg. that’s the only solution for pregnant and postpartum. i went for TCM too for acupuncture and it helped me, see if you are keen.
I had this since 31weeks also, to help ease the pain, i wear the Daiso's wrist guard to sleep or whenever it starts hurting. Helps a lot!
