Honestly I also wondered about this when I was pregnant because want to look nice but also worried about the chemicals affecting baby! I waited until after first trimester to dye my hair since that's the most crucial period for baby's development, and I also asked my gynae who said it's generally okay after first trimester but better to do in a well ventilated area and avoid leaving the dye on too long. If you really pantang or worried then can consider doing highlights instead of full colour because the dye doesn't touch the scalp directly, or use more natural options like henna, but ultimately check with your gynae first lah since every pregnancy is different!
