How common is implantation bleeding?

Question

Any mummies had implantation bleeding? If I don’t experience implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy, would I experience in the subsequent pregnancies (if have)?I’m currently having cramps and saw spotting of blood but unsure if it’s implantation bleeding. I’m also very hungry.

i had 2 pregnancies (1 ended with a loss). Didnt experience implantation bleeding for both. When i asked around, most of my friends didnt, too.

Very common and not predictable by previous history. If it’s fresh blood and a lot please go to dr.
