Freshly pumped breastmilk

Hi mummies, my freshly pumped breastmilk sat in freezer for roughly half an hour. It remain in an insulated bag during and after i took out from freezer. It’s been in the cold insulated bag for 3hrs now. Can i still put back in freezer? Reason for this 3hrs gap because left work and attended appointment.
