Hello mummies, do you experience milk leak only at one side of your boobs even after you pump for an hour plus? As i always pump for an hour plus but still my left boobs still leak milk #1stimemom

You pumped for too long that's why you're over stimulating your milk thus the leak

Don't pump for so long babe, stimulating your nipples may cause more milk production

Noted. I am starting to pump 15 to 20 mins and still my left boobs still leak. Any idea what can i do?
