Hair growth and acne

Any mummies here experience hair growth on tummy and also acne during pregnancy? How do you deal with it! Also does that mean it’s a boy 🤣 #advicepls

I also suddenly become like so hairy on my tummy area.. have some outbreak too on my body. 😭😭
