Not dilated

Hi mummies. Currently 37+4 weeks pregnant, but not dilated. How do you get yourself cervix open? #firstmom #pleasehelp

You can do more walking, squats, sexual intercourse, drink cranberry juice, eat dates. Alternatively to google more if you would like. Usually for first time mum, it will take longer however it depend on your baby. For me it was at 41 weeks 1 day, despite cervix was 3cm with waterbag full. I had to be induce. I thought I could go natural but eventually can't.
