Hospital leave

Hi Mummies, check with you, how early or how late will you take hospital leave? I'm now over 36 weeks plus#firsttimemom #firstbaby

depending on your situation, for me I was given HL since 33weeks because baby head is already in place and Dr wants to prevent early labour. I guess if you still have HL, why not guess take it. give yourself sometime off to relax your mind and time to yourself. anw congrats mummy!

Were you admitted to hospital before your private gynae issues you the HL? Or given with valid reason, your gynae issued the HL without the need to be admitted for hospital for at least one day stay?

You can just ask your gynae. My gynae gave at 36 wks coz she said nowadays so many women gave birth 36-37 wks (early).

Hi, can I get HL from Govt hospital as well? Or just private?

I took it at 34weeks cause I felt really tired! ☺️

it’s not a must to take hospital leave though
