swollen and painful breast
hi mummies! its been 4 days since i give birth and i am not breast feeding my baby, my breast is swollen and painful. what should i do?

what i did was warm shower. massage while the water flow on breast. afterwards pump. when milk is out it will take some time for pain to ease. you might have engorgement.
