Sensitive skin?

Hi mummies, my baby girl started to develop these at about 2 months, she is 3.5 months now. It comes and goes, any mummies have the same problem? I am exclusively breast feeding, could it be my milk is too ‘heaty’?

It looks like heat rash. Try wiping down baby and let baby dress in airy outfits to see if it helps.

I am having same issue and it goes more serious and expanding. I have applied ceradan advance to keep the skin moisture hopefully it helps as just start to apply 2nd day. Shower the baby in slightly cool water and wear airy clothes
