Baby poop

Hi mummies, my baby didnt poo for two days and today when she poo, its only a bit and theres abit of blood at her poo. Im worried and need an answer ,does any mummies encounter this before ?

let baby take some dragonfruit to help baby poo. drink more water it may be too hard and it causes spilt and there's blood.
