Baby poop

Hi mummies, my baby didnt poo for two days and today when she poo, its only a bit and theres abit of blood at her poo. Im worried and need an answer ,does any mummies encounter this before ?

sometime if your baby eat papaya. it could be papaya residue rather than blood. my daughter have constipation around age 2.5-3yo. she would hold back her poo. 1 week poo 1 time.. doesn't have blood in stool.
