Is this eczema?

Hello mummies! My baby is about 4.5months. Since she was about 2months old, she started to have eczema at the back of her ears and red blotches on her tummy. This red blotches seems to be different from those at the back of the ears. Any mummies out there have encounter this before? TIA!
