Prepare for natural birth
Hello mummies, anyone can share what to prepare in the hospital bag for natural birth?

Hi! For natural birth, I'd pack two button-up pajamas (honestly so much easier for skin-to-skin and nursing after), a few nursing bras, and a robe or gown, you'll want easy access during labour and after. Bring your own face wash, toothbrush, and dry shampoo if you like; hospitals have basics but it's nicer to have what you're used to, especially if you're staying a few nights. Definitely check the hospital's list first (KKH, for example, has specific things they provide), but I'd add maternity pads, disposable underwear, comfortable shower shoes, and a maxi dress or loose outfit for going home. A friend who gave birth naturally swore by bringing a TENS machine and a comb, sounds odd but she said the comb really helped during contractions. Oh, and don't forget your hospital documents and any personal medications you're on. Bring a swaddle blanket for baby too if you have one you like, though most hospitals have them. The key is being realistic about comfort over the few days, you're recovering, so pick things that make you feel good.
