Hi mummies anyone experienced similar situation? wrist hurts when it's being bent up and down or when i press against the bed. Not forgetting numb feeling in fingers.. & entire arm #pleasehelp

yes it’s normal after birth. it’s called De Quervain's tenosynovitis, tendon inflammation. the only treatment for this is to rest your wrist as much as you can and not bend it more than 45deg. it can take few months up to a year to recover.
