I drank pregnancy milk during my first trimester too... If you can tolerate dairy well, it can be a nice extra source of calcium and nutrients, especially when appetite is poor. Some mums like Anmum or Similac Mom because the taste is milder. But honestly no need to force yourself if it makes you nauseous. A good prenatal vitamin + balanced meals is still the main thing. Or just take regular UHT milk
