Earwax buildup

Hi mummies, my 2yo has been scratching his ears recently and out of curiosity, we bought this ear camera to check his ears. I recall his pd told us not to use any cotton buds to clean his ears so we have just been cleaning the external ear. Quite shocked to see so much dirt and wax inside (seems blocked?) and wondering if this warrants a pd visit. Overall, no concerns about his hearing. Thanks for any advice ☺️

A PD ENT doctor can do ear clearance. if you go as PTE patient its going to cost alot , somewhere 》$200 but you can get a very experienced doctor to do it. you can get poly letter to get subsidised rate( SPR/PR) , but cannot choose doctor.
