ada tak pengalamam, upt +ve, rahim tebal, scan x nampak kantung 6w4d, tapi ada bleeding & spotting..

Question

Mula² pergi scan sbb terkejut tgok bleeding masa lepas cek UPT, ujian positif, 1day period 25.6, cycle period sy x pernah bermasalah, tapi 3 kali scan mmg x nampak termasuk 2kali transvaginal, latest semalam pun x nampak apa. Scan sbb doc nak confirmkan x nak ada etopic pregnancy, tapi semua okay. Rahim dah 30mm, Dah cek 3 klinik, skrg refer ke Pusat Bersalin Berisiko Rendah kat Putrajaya. Cek sekali lagi UPT kat klinik, pun sama +ve juga. Tgah tgu nak second blood test esok. Hari jumaat baru review result. Ada tak yg ada kes mcm saya? Sekarang ni sy pun confused sy pregnen ke tak huhu #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Sayang, I can really feel your worry, this must be so stressful, especially first baby! But honestly, situation macam ni kena let the doctors guide you properly, especially since you're already referred to the Risk Assessment Centre, that's the right place for them to monitor closely with blood tests and maybe more scans. I haven't personally encountered exactly your situation, but a few mum friends went through confusing early scans and the serial blood tests (HCG levels) really helped clarify what's happening, so jumaat's results will be very important, okay? Bleeding + positive UPT but no sac on scan at this stage IS something the specialists need to investigate properly, could be timing, could be other things, but it's NOT something to figure out sendiri. Trust the process with Putrajaya, do the blood test esok, and take it one step at a time. You're doing the right thing by getting proper care. Hang in there, mama, the waiting is the hardest part.
