Mama, at 39 weeks yan ay posible na talaga, ang mucus plug usually comes out a few days or even weeks bago magstart ang labor, kaya hindi ka mag-aalala kung hindi pa exactly ang timing, pero yung pressure you're feeling + the stuff coming out ay signs na body mo ay nag-prepare na! I have a few mum friends na nagsabi they felt exactly what you're describing, and some went into labor within days, habang iba naman it took a week or two pa, so bawat mama ay iba talaga. Best thing to do is message your OB or go sa checkup mo to confirm if that's really the mucus plug, dahil sila lang ang makakasabi ng sure, pero congrats na you're so close na, mama!
