Ay, kailangan mo talaga i-check with your OB about that, mama, only they can tell for sure kung mucus plug na o something else, kasi maraming things na pwedeng lumabas towards the end of pregnancy. A few of us moms dito sa group nag-panic din before, tapos turned out iba lang, so better safe than sorry talaga, lalo na at 38+ weeks ka na. Mention din kung may color, consistency, at kung may cramping or bleeding, para ma-describe mo properly sa doctor!
