Pre school pcf at west side

Hello mothers. Is it normal for pcf (admin and principal) to reply an email after more than 5 days? My LO is going to start school in Mar and i asked for the curriculum so that i can prep the time to send and fetch him from sch. It has been more than 5 days since my email and msg in the family room, yet i still don't get a reply. 🙄

Yup. I called yst but the person who picked up said she will get the form teacher to call me back. Still didn't receive any call till today. But the principal manage to reply my text in the little family room app. Thanks!
