One more thing... im preggy twin baby... my HB already at borderline... how i can control the HB? Now 15weeks already

i consune shaklee product B Complex with Acid folic and Ostematrix (for replace my calcium). After consume it around 2-3week, my hb reach to 11.8, previous 10.3... i also take fresh fruit.. take a lot fresh fruit if u think u dont eat or take less vegetable.. also can eat kerang & hati..
