My baby turns 1 month but as an angel 👼

one month has passed but the pain never stops. 💔 My heart shattered into pieces everytime i think of you. So many what if's... 🙁 what if you're here beside us? Were kissing you, cuddling you, taking care of you? We love you so much that it hurts. I love you my liitle angel!! Happy 1 month old in heaven. 💙 H
