Kicks and other movements are important
Monitoring your baby’s kicks or movements and reporting any changes that you notice is important. This is something that all pregnant women are advised to do and you are the person who best knows your baby’s patterns. For example, yours might be a ‘morning’ baby for its kicks, or it could be an all-day kicker! Whatever the pattern has been, this normally doesn’t change even when you are much further along in your pregnancy and the baby is starting to get quite big. And according to the United Kingdom National Health Service, being aware of your baby’s movement can reduce the risk of stillbirth. Counting kicks may take some time getting to, but it worth it.⠀ Find out more on www.project-sidekicks.com #countbabykicks #ProjectSidekicks #TAPsidekicks #iamtapvipmom #theasianparentph @theasianparent_ph
