It's a monggo kind of day today. Can anyone suggest a unique sahog aside from shrimp and pork?

Have you tried adding milk? It gives a richer flavor plus it's creamier. For toppings, we also put chicken flakes which we prepare at home out of left-over fried chicken.

chicharon nilalagay ng father ko. para pampagatas naman malunggay. minsan nilalagyan nya din ng konting bagoong

I sometimes add gata and assorted green leafy vegies. Then other times I top it with chicharon.
