What is the best FIRST SOLID food to eat for baby

Hi momshies out there just want to know if what is the best food para sa baby. Because next month she will be turning 6 months old na po. Im planning to have mashed potato for her. But i just want to know more. Thank you! ?

Avocado. Pero kung walang available, any veggies okay naman. Potato din 1st food ni LO ko.
